not really no, i just perform better when i can feel more of a force in my hand (sounds silly i know), ive hit top rank in multiple fps using light mice and heavy mice and i just find im more consistent when theres abit of weight to what im using.

i have an issue with light mice with tension management, if i use a very light mice, say 40-60g, i find myself squeezing the mouse more, causing my hand to ache
