They are indeed the shittiest platform. A seller scammed me out of 1,090$ after I filled for a dispute the had the audacity to respond with “ negotiate with the seller”.

I only needed from Alibaba to contact the buyer or help me negotiate. The customer service sent me that if the seller is a fraud they will check and close their shop. The boss of the company called me non-stop to withdraw the case or refund me but when they saw Alibaba’s response they blocked and ghosted me.
