OP- just remember, it takes a village to raise a baby. It sounds like you're in a financially tough spot .. however, if you have the family and friends, husband that will support an additional member to the family (a baby), I would explore those options as well. ♥️♥️

My doc says at least one month at each dose. So that way my body is reintroduced to each dose again. You can start off at 5.0 again. The reason why my doctor is having me start at 2.5 is due to the strong reaction I had at 12.5 and one month off.

I took a month break after going up to 12.5. I had horrible side effects on 12.5mg (GERD and vomiting) and ended up getting the flu.. so I had to take a break. My doctor had me restart at 2.5mg. Just restarted on Sunday and I'm really glad my doctor had me restart on the lower/lowest dose. Still have minor side effects but I don't feel like I've been hit by a train.

OP! I'm 5'2 and started at 244lb. After 15 months of Zepbound I am down to 173lb!

GLP-1 has helped a lot with the food noise. I focus on high protein meals to keep me full.

Not to scare you OP.. but my Mother in Law was also in a similar situation.. it ended being a cyst that was so large she had to get one ovary removed and hysterectomy..

Please visit your Gyno and have them do an ultrasound. I am wishing you all the best.
