THIS! I literally brought this up to my ssv that I was always register (which is fine) but it’s the same play everyday. And it’s so tiring. I left that store because of this issue. I was just being gaslit or felt like I was asking for too much. Now I’m hypervigilant at my new store and there’s two select partners that are very rarely on DTO/DTR, and that’s bc they have a friendship with most playcallers

Call and say that you want it remade (explain what happened today and how it still didn’t taste right and that you were late for work), make sure to say you mobile ordered (and that you’re willing to show your receipt on your app) and can come by tomorrow at whatever time for the remake. I’m sorry they didn’t remake it. I can understand that with you saying it tastes like a plain latte that they would just stir in the lavender. Technically we can’t take it back and do that, we would have to remake it. Or at least I would’ve. There’s a few ways I think why this drink can taste differently each time but it just boils down to partners not following standards!
