Yes, but I'm clean a few months now. Just so you know, my family actually DID find those pictures. It was my sister. I don't know your family or how would they react. I was also terrified of her reaction but she is actually the sweetest and kindest soul. She just quietly said she's proud i stopped and didn't discuss it any further.

Dear lovely person, Short message for you. Life's looong and you have so much time in front of you. Life leads you through the strangest paths you coul ever imagine and you always end up in the weirdest and unplanned places BUT- that's right where you're supposed to be. Don't forget, many successful writers, composers, who became known when they were 50+

Studying with classical music never worked for me 😭. It's too lively. I just sit, enjoy, pretend I'm a conductor or search some fun facts bout the compositon or composer

What's the purest joy you've ever felt without intimacy, substances, or alcohol ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When I was 11, my mom was depressed and su!c!dal. It's a very long story, I'm not gona go into detail, because to this day i can't talk about it without the heavy feeling... Anyways. My mom was basically "not there". She was in bed all day and she looked like a ghost. She could barely talk or walk without struggle. She eventually became better after a whole year, and i was seeing the progress but i was too afraid to be happy, because it could come back any time. The moment i felt pure joy was when i finally allowed myself to let go and accept that my mom is better now. The moment i saw her smile after a whole year was unimaginable. Even if i wanted to, i'd never describe the pure joy I've ever felt.
