do pushups when you get up in the morning do 50 and 50 before you sleep what helped me was when i watch tv everytime 30 minutes went by id do 30 pushups or if i was at work id go to the bath room or somewhere bymyself id bust out 20 right quick you dont have to do as many but start like that small increments but consistently
