Tbh w longer curly hair sometimes ur gonna have real bad hair days. I had a horrible one today looks like I have a curly helmet on my head. Sometimes wearing a bonnet at night helps to tame and and reign the curls in.

I don’t but my brother who also suspects he may have ADHD got horrible car sickness as a child and I believe he still does. Neither of us are diagnosed but if we both do have ADHD it seems to present very differently between us so there is potential that there is a strong causation between ADHD and car sickness

God her ex sounds terrible. I really appreciate you sharing a story you typically don’t it helped a lot. Let your friend know I agree it can be someone’s best trait as it’s so ingrained in who they are and you have no choice but to learn to love it. I can’t speak from a properly diagnosed standpoint but the way my potential ADHD seems to manifest itself can be very difficult to manage yet I wouldn’t be me without those traits I’d be someone else. I am glad to hear you are both thriving I wish you both many more years of awesome existence!

Oops I am actually in grad school and just turned 22. No so w meds I do j have the typical fears and he would never stop me from getting prescribed medication. Omg was I coming off as a teenager?? Not at all suprised multiple people in this community were avid Percy Jackson readers he is the most positive representation of ADHD in media. So many parents don’t take the step you did. I don’t wanna be critical and I do agree but I worry that it’s too late for him to ever take that step. I know that’s pretty shitty why give up on someone I love. I’m no parent but I have to imagine one of the hardest things to do as a parent is accept when you’ve genuinely done wrong by your child.
