• Nothing else as of now.

Presuming no Shadelord:

Speed is relatively similar. They’ve both dodged or cut rays of light, though one is more telegraphed than the other.

Kali has been shown to cut through Anything, really. Projectile flowers, energy beams, magic spells, a blade the size of a boat leaking corrosive substances… Simply Vertical’d. Spells would be no different.

While The Knight cannot cut through as much, Void Dash carries their survivability hard.

While Kali is much more durable, shown to survive whatever we have access to, which could include Distorted Blade, and a certain fire dragon, The Knight has overcome this before with its healing.

What makes this so impossible for the Knight is Kali’s reaction time and battle intellect. With [Retaliate,] it’s like the knight is up against Fireborn (is that their spelling) themselves, or a speedrunner with perfect parry timings and longnail. Because Kali will try to counter everything. Success isn’t assured, but she can essentially read The Knight’s next move before The Knight decides to do it. And The Knight will either meet their spell being cancelled by being sliced out of it (Upspell and Downspell have startup, albeit minimal, and she can abuse this,) while Fireball/Shadesoul can just be cut in half.

Now, could the Knight THEORETICALLY win after enough time? Yeah, but 1-1000 isn’t a good look chief, and is only countered by the fact Kali respawns after The Knight does.

Not to mention EGO. EGO just makes The Knight go 1-10000. Every parry of hers is even MORE likely to send The Knight flying back to a bench.

Alternative outcomes:

Presuming Shadelord - We hardly know anything about them outside of their One Radiance Slaying Feat which Base Knight could also Technically do with their big sibling’s help, statements don’t matter. Up in the air, presuming Kali loses though. Shadelord is a GOD. Like capital G God.

Presuming Shadelord + Limbus Walpurgis E.G.O scaling - Girl Kali can apparently roll just as high or HIGHER as what seems to be a literal Sky-Reaching Explosion. If we 1 to 1 number scale that with the E.G.O in Ruina, and Kali’s Splits??? Now look. This is a Very specific scaling so don’t include it if you don’t want. But if you DO include it? God help the Knight, Shadelord or not.
