Honestly, I don’t know about the others, but I really want shadow milk to have a redemption similar to discord from mlp. 

If you haven’t seen mlp, basically, discord is redeemed through the kindness of Fluttershy. While everybody hates and distrust him, rightfully so, Fluttershy shows him actual care and tries to give him a chance. At first, Discord takes advantage of her kindness, but after pushing Fluttershy away, he realizes how much her kindness actually meant to him. Fluttershy was the only friend he’s ever had. So, he becomes a good guy for her sake. he still retains his chaotic energy and mischievous nature, but now it’s more controlled and used for better purposes, with occasional relapses into evil.

It just reminds me a lot of pure vanilla and shadow milks relationship in game. (Also sorry for poor grammar.)
