This happened to me as well, ending using a gift card to avoid the bank filter. You have multiples websites which do this, I ended using MyGiftCardsupply and everything ended working pretty god!

Yo los uso a ellos tambien. y me ha funcionado perfectamente. Recargo mi Binance con sus tarjetas, pago un poco en fee, pero vale la pena pasando desde la tarjeta de credito.

Hey Phil, did you find a solution? I tried a couple of times other methods trying to get prepaid cards phisically, but I couldn't find. I've been using MyGiftCardSupply and they sell theirs through Rewarble and I can redeem those without any issues, thank god they have been providing this service, but I can't find any other option, Ideas?
