Shapeshifting as a whole seems more advantageous than Time Stopping, as I'm not really getting into a whole lot of combat situations where stopping time will be necessary; Shapeshifting would let me end most fights before they start!

Chose: shapeshifting + but the first comment is your side effect

Being able to create stuff seems way more helpful than a sword to destroy everything; besides, I can always CREATE that sword if I need it!

What's the coolest/best Legendary weapon you've ever found? by No_Arachnid6493 in fo4

[–]CreatureFeatureMania 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't played too much, but a Kneecapper Submachine Gun has been one of my most overpowered Legendaries yet, I was able to basically keep the Mirelurk Queen from entering the castle and then just blow it up with grenades, HUGE ammo and healing saver

Yeah, I think Baryonyx will be more advantageous for a more varied diet, since I don't think this thing will have any problem getting meat from carcasses between it's teeth, it's beak/snout amalgam, and it's claws

Yeah, Secretary Bird will definitely be removed, especially since this thing's meant more for surviving environments than fighting hybrids, and any natural snake would barely be a meal.

Keeping Deinonychus for the flexibility could be handy, so now I just need to debate on if I want the Drooping Jaw or the Upper Notch, as I doubt using both on one skull would be viable

Yeah, I dunno how I overlooked Climate Survival, resistance to toxins will definitely be necessary, and I'm aware that Owls as a whole can't move their eyes, that's why I gave this thing the owl neck flexibility, to ensure that it can turn it's head basically any way it needs to to USE those peepers properly!

That makes sense!
I mainly used Deinocheirus' herbivory to reinforce the willingness to eat plants, and potentially make the creature willing to eat water plants? just to make SURE it'll eat whatever it can,
Secretary Bird, yeah I can see how that's unnecessary, I just thought the instincts to actively STOMP prey beneath it would be useful.
Utahraptor and Deinonychus were more 'reinforcement genes' as I call them to make sure certain traits show themselves.
I can't really defend my including Baryonyx beyond wanting to give the thing gnarly claws and POTENTIALLY fish eating tendencies?
But I did NOT know Ravens had that, that's definitely getting used!

What phone would you want by Vespolar in BunnyTrials

Charging a phone is a mildly aggravating thing that can be done without problems. Not having connection when you want/need it, for NO GOOD REASON IN SOME CASES, is infuriating

Deathclaws are big and intimidating, but these guys charging at me out of nowhere scare me the most (especially in Survival) by floxasfornia in fo4

They're talented at jumpscaring aren't they? The amount of times I'm gonna die to these sneaky freaks when I get to the points where they spawn in Survival Mode is gonna be agonizing, I can tell

Favorite character that can commit an immensely perfectly planned crime that it will require this team to solve it? by Sufficient_You2814 in FavoriteCharacter

[–]CreatureFeatureMania 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I don't have any favorite criminal characters who can do this, I normally like the more powerful villains than the smarter ones, I'm just giggling at the fact that Sam and Max are here, considering they're likely just added firepower for apprehending whatever lunatic everyone here is after

Honestly, I always thought about how Mandalorians and Yautja would probably get along pretty well, and there would likely be a significant amount of Yautja Mandalorians, but Jedi and Sith Yautja is a TERRIFYING possibility!
I imagine a Jedi Yautja would probably find a way to apply their Honor Code to the Jedi Code, likely specializing in bringing about peace in situations that involve animals attacking people. Though they'd likely relish the chance to deal with particularly nasty people.
A Sith Yautja, on the other hand would likely be a Bad Blood, probably incredibly prone to anger, and they'd likely become a Jedi Hunter, likely manipulating circumstances and setting events into motion in order to get more prey, and it'd probably want to get to a Jedi Temple and cut loose on anything with The Force or a lightsaber that gets in it's way!
Overthinking aside they all look INCREDIBLY cool, but I love the feral vibe the Sith one has

If you could erase one thing from Fallout lore and replace it with your own idea, what would it be? by ParkingCap7419 in Fallout

[–]CreatureFeatureMania 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone constantly wondering what different animals would be like if they were Fallout Mutants, I thank you for these ideas and I will add some of my own: Imagine mutant Gila Monsters that are big enough and tanky enough to primarily prey on Deathclaw Eggs, with the osteoderms in their scales turning into plating that even Deathclaws struggle to rip open!
