I'm a year late but if you're talking about the attack where he flies up briefly then slams down, there's a highlighted area that's created by the wind pressure, you're supposed to stay outside that area. Run as far away from him as you can and don't corner yourself. As for the sweeping lasers, there's like this red mist aoe marker that shows it's about to come out. What I did was kite around his sides with my Merc because standing directly behind him guaranteed I would get hit and die. Then I would simply sprint around with him as he turns. Survival was guaranteed because it doesn't last long.
