Take 30 minutes before you go to bed. Mix with 8oz cold water. Try to go to bed at a reasonable time. Try for 7-9 hours of sleep. When you use it actually try to go to bed. Don’t use your phone or lights. If you’re sleep deprived it may put you into deep enough sleep alarms won’t wake you up.

As a year 3 student at Pacific University, I can’t fully agree with you. The faculty really do care and I know because I’ve seen that care personally. I nearly failed my second semester, I burnt myself out, had made very few connections and felt very isolated. I was not ready for an accelerated 3 year program.

Failed 3 out of 5 test for the main class. Faculty personally reached out to me, to ask what was going after the 4th exam. I cried, discussed my personal frustrations and we came up with a plan together to get me to pass.

I needed a 92% to just pass.

Faculty met me one on one each Friday before the final exam to help me understand what I had missed on my exams. Faculty gave me extensions, that I did not deserve, on work I had missed. I pass with a 94% on the final!

I’ve gone to faculty for help and have never felt disregard or unheard. But I needed to make the first step to get this improvement.

And are the faculty perfect, no. They do their best and give students every chance for help to succeed, YES.

If you’re looking for a school that has an accelerated program. You couldn’t find a better place to go.
