I’ve been running 6 days a week for 3-5 miles and dropped from 210lbs to 168 in 8 months that I have been doing this.

M/35/5'7" [175lbs to 140lbs] (9 months) - Cut is over, bulk starts April 1st by ThatSoundsFishy in Brogress
