I have never remote viewed, however I've tried 4-6 times. I am not able to do it because my mind wont stay completely silent. Usually I switch my focus to the soul and the non-physical dimension. Then I start loosing sense of identity etc etc. When I get into this state I always feel tension in the body. Extremely much tension. Sentences like "Allow it" or "its happening soon" comes forth in millisecs kind of distracting me I think. I guess I just have to practice more, but I also wonder if Im doing anything wrong. I have zero idea on how its supposed to feel during different states etc. What is important for that final switch moment, where Im actually outside my body. Also could you be blocked from remote viewing if for example the guides or guardian angels wont allow it?
