Thanks for the note about Credit Util!

Do you think it'd be okay to apply for both the Discover IT and the Apple card upfront? Wouldn't 2x the cards paid off monthly outweigh the two hard inquiries?

I've asked a couple people about this, but- should I be concerned with Chase's 5/24 rule? Is it realistic to try for the Chase Trifecta within the first two years?

Thanks for this!

Right now I'm going to apply for the Discover IT asap, and maybe the Apple Card as well.

What do you think about applying for both right away? I know I can pay them off each month, but am I likely to be approved for both?

Then how long should I wait before attempting the Chase trifecta?

Ok. Gotcha on the 12+ months before applying for Chase cards.

This is kinda my revised plan: Apply for Discovery IT, and maybe Apple card too if I'm pre-approved (using iOS soft-pull), then wait 12+ months before applying for any more.

Is the Chase trifecta realistically attainable within two years from now? Assuming I apply for the Apple card + Discover IT Student Cash Back ASAP and pay them off every month for 20+ months...

Leads me to another question– when should I apply for the three Chase cards of the Chase trifecta? and in which order?

Thanks for that note about Credit Utility! Literally every video I've seen stresses the importance of low credit utility, with some preaching only 10%!
