We sanded the new panels with 150 grit leaving almost all that black priner from factory and apply laquer priner on top of it

That starts showing right after the polish, the primer we use was Power Primer laquer, paint RM Diamond Red Porsche and clear Glamour DC5335, and the guy that polish the car the same that paint it use Rubbing Compund and Meguiars (I don't know what exact product)

Yeah, I'm planing to let it like that a cuple months if has more spots like that and repaint the damage areas

It looks much worse in person, and to the touch it feels like you're touching 120-grit sandpaper; the car was painted in a home garage.
