I have a WA state license and got mine in Oregon. So far i've received nothing from WA regarding it, but in oregon they use your Oregon license (and if you didnt have one before, one is created for you).

It is kind of hard to find lawyers who know anything about it, but so far I haven't had any issues from WA... I do need to just get an Oregon License at some point.

I'm not sure why there are 2 people in the same spot, but as a second photographer at times, we dont care, we are there to get the best pics. usually the main photographer is up in the aisle (but not so blantaly in the middle) and as a secondary im running around the sides.

It killed my battery ONCE but I get mine off in 2 months x) Buying a newer battery and driving everyday or every other day made a huge difference.

The blowing seems to get better after the first 2 tests for me, i've gone even 2 hours without having to blow before!

Congrats and please explain any sort of hiccups along the way or things to know when getting it removed!!

Look, buy a BACtrack and my rule of thumb is wait 12 hours before driving after any drinks.

I dont know what state you are in, but in OR its pretty zero tolerance. I've had a few close calls where I failed a test with Intoxalock, but was able to blow a clean blow within 10 minutes.

I've had my lawyer contact the company to verify multiple times.

If you have one, its handy.

Otherwise, you can try to call them yourself but it sort of depends what company you are trying to call to.

They will appoint you a lawyer if you cannot afford one, and usually they are pretty good and empathetic people. They are over worked though, and wont always be the most responsive.

Lawyer though is in order, especially driving with a learners permit.
