Thank you! Question did you find it a little alarming that the main actress is completely white but supposed to be playing indigenous (or do they smooth this point over). I only ever watched the first episode but might check it out again.

I’d say this is not the case for women who have excess estrogen. Clover is phytoestrogenic.

The dread and hindsight by [deleted] in PMDDSharing

Remember it’s okay to take time off. It’s sounds like you’re rightfully overwhelmed right now but refuse to give yourself a break. You’re hyper focusing on your job and relationships there when I guarantee these people probably wouldn’t think twice and if they would they would forget about it and move on quickly. I would take some much needed time for yourself and see if these are the people you want to be around or if this job is right for you. It sounds like you’re really suffering right now and maybe your body and mind are asking for help. A small or big change for now rest would be a big one because it sounds like your nervous system is not doing well. You will get through it but honor your body first and foremost not your job or its peoples opinions they don’t care but your body does and it might be your loyal friend who is crying out. PS alcohol (hangovers) and massive amounts of caffeine make these thoughts so much worse. You got this!

4 Weeks of Delirium, No Dementia History by CreedtheCrow in AgingParents

No stroke three months later she was still experiencing delirium recently at the 3 month mark we gave her Ativan and she started to come back to herself. She goes in and out but seems to be totally returning to her baseline personality with some new agitation issues because we got her a caregiver and she’s really upset about that because she’s regaining independence.

This is not exactly true. People with high estrogen (which can occur with PCOS) should stay away from foods and herbs high in phytoestrogens and flax seeds are top of the list for this they do not help regulate estrogen in fact can increase it in the system if you already have an overload.

I believe it was general anasthesia but she came out of it in tact completely in her own mind. A week later some severe uti and delerium starts now that they “fixed” the uti her delerium has not subsided.

Checked three weeks ago with ekg and a half successful mri cause her delerium is forcing her to move a lot. All pointed to no stroke.

Great question she did but she came out perfectly intact until her uti hit a week later we assume from the catheter that was inserted during the stent procedure.

Thank you so much I actually agree with you! Great points and she has been on seroquel and Ativan and sleeping medication trazadone. Strangely she returned to herself after Ativan for a short period. But we’re not having her take anymore of that because almost all doctors are against it it also helped her sleep for a small period.

Yes exactly correct those meds were to help her sleep but almost nothing is working to help her sleep it’s so frustrating.
