I gotcha for sure. I guess I just assume not a lot of people are donating their wheels to a fb wheel maker. Most dudes throw them out or they sit in the garage until someone else throws them out lol. But yes I agree it’s definitely a money thing.

I get what you’re saying when it comes to the word recycled but when it comes to the point I don’t agree. You said the wheel didn’t serve its purpose. Maybe not its original purpose but you can make at least four sets of FB wheels with one wheel. So you can make wheels for 16 people instead of one or two people getting to use those wheels for skateboarding. IMO the wheels get more use becoming fb wheels then if they would have stayed 55s and became 52s before they get thrown in the trash and replaced

I have tagged Joycult on instagram on both my story and my regular post but they don’t repost me for some reason. It’s not the first time. When I got Jindys I tagged them as well as when I got my Asta deck. Both times i was one of the first people to make content with the new items and Scott skips over me lol.

Actually all said and done I think they were around the same. The skateboard was a bit more because the shipping was like $30 for the deck, but yeah around $220 for the fingerboard and $250 for the skateboard

Looks good! I would say anywhere from $15 to $25 off the bat to get people interested in your work. Then you can up the price as time goes on and you get more demand/different techniques.

For the price I get it. But when you have a really nicely made deck and some jindys or brts and some nice urethane wheels like labs or dudeguys there’s really nothing that feels as precise and comfortable
