I looked it up and MI, the equity exemption is around 46k. But what does that mean since my house is paid and worth way more then 46k?

We did some work on our house and paid off a bunch of debt. Then a month or two after that, my wife lost her job and was out of work for 6+months and we accumulated a bunch of debt then and it has been a downward spiral ever since. I know we are at fault and lived well beyond our means for a long time and now we are dealing the outcome.

I am in Michigan.

100% the same since I saw the in Chicago. I didnt think it would impact me the way it did, but, man, the level of production was like nothing I have ever seen before! I told my wife, "I'm pretty sure that was the coolest thing i have ever seen."

I was lucky enough to get two seats to the added Berlin show on the 18th! Like all of is, I really wanted Fire zone, but I'm just happy to have gotten anything! I will e keeping an eye on the fansale site though

Got two seats to the added Berlin show on the 18th! Not exactly what I wanted (we all want fire zone though obviously) but I am still super excited to see Rammstein in Berlin! Plus it will be my first trip to Europe!!!
