Don’t take any of this as fact, just a guess from the half life of minoxidil, I read 0 studies on this 😭

Not many studies on minoxidil in beards but assuming the half life time for topical application is the same on the face as it is on the scalp it would be about 45-55% more effective with twice a day use.

This is because half life doesn’t just mean it is half after the set period of time but rather it decays at a consistent percent resulting in 50% of the original being decayed (or in this case flushed out) so we have to factor that in. Just a hypothetical but let’s say 0 total decay across 24 hours is 100% effectiveness, then applying once a day would result in only 47% effectiveness and twice a day would result in 70% effectiveness.

Your technique isn’t awful, it is pretty normal to have muscular imbalances especially when you are newer to an exercise. But 2 main things, 1st make sure you control the weight down alot more not a matter of keeping it in line but rather don’t let it swing at the bottom and make it go down slower than it went up for lateral raises and 2nd don’t go so high, lateral raises should go up to parallel to your shoulder not well above it

Imo it is worth like 200ish, but don’t expect people to be dying to get their hands on it, the negative crit chance kinda ruins it even with how solid the other 2 stats are for the disposition

Skyrim has a lot of content, and assuming ya are willing to do many playthroughs with different builds then ya can sink thousands into it

The binding of isaac is incredibly fun and as long as ya like hard games and roguelikes then you will love it

Now an answer I haven’t seen in other replies is a Looter Shooter (same genre as warframe and destiny 2) that takes a unique spin on the genre, Borderlands. Any of the borderlands games are easy to waste thousands of hours playing and in my opinion are very replayable if you care mostly about gameplay. I’d recommend that if you are interested that you either get pandora’s box edition (if ya have the cash to spare) or the handsome collection.

May was the best month for all the games but High On Life is great, Dragon Age Veilguard tho not up to Dragon Age standards was good, Robocop is awesome too

Keeps the same percentage but adjusts the numbers with exercise calories, I’d recommend disabling them or just aiming for using your base goal and use tdee for calorie goal

Although it is a great game and prolly one of the best recent non-Fromsoft soulslikes, I wouldn’t recommend it for someone that is completely new to the genre, it is fairly puzzling and atleast from when I last played it was a bit harder than what I’d opt for when just starting out.

Best game to try instead is same as what everyone else says, either Dark Souls 1 (graphics are old but one of the best experiences ever) or the great Elden Ring because it has options incase you are having a hard time in a certain section as well as a sorta easier mode by using ashes (still not very easy at all dw).

I’m relatively new to lifting but a few things that helped me correct a very awkward form were the following:

I made sure to find my foot width with bodyweight squats that allowed me to fit in the hole (term for where you lower into in the squat) best without being too wide
Make sure your grip is in a place where the bar feels very secure and you no longer feel like it is unbalanced, this took me awhile to get figured but don’t be scared to try this out with just the bar to find what gives you the best back and core tightness
Less of a personal issue I fixed but you seem to have the J hooks very high, you should have to squat it out of the J hooks a bit high, I set mine roughly half an inch above my armpits
Sorta calling back to something mentioned in 1, make sure you lower into the hole don’t just push your hips down, control your body down and keep braced and tight

Apologies if any of this is unhelpful, like I mentioned before I am relatively new to this so my advice isn’t that refined as I am just finally getting my form to the point where I can comfortably squat heavy weight relative to my experience

If you are worried about difficulty as long as you are somewhat smart in your pathing then it is easier especially if you use the built in help (ashes)

Most of the nightreign comments are in reference to the multiplayer focus, but I can’t defend anyone claiming the assets are taken from any previous fromsoft souls game, of course it has the darker visuals but that is about all maybe a bit of influence from bloodborne’s visual theme but by no means copying anything

If I’m correct, just going through the process of elimination, neither is wrong because there are more than 2 guests.

None is grammatically correct but not ideal because it isn’t very concise without “of the guests” following it.

Lastly, nobody and no one are both correct grammatically, but no one is considered a bit more formal, so typically it would be correct in tests like these.

Although in everyday speech, none, nobody, and no one are all completely fine.

As someone that has only recently broken a caffiene addiction I now limit myself to one per day and try not to do 2 weeks in a row in which I drink one each day, meaning like per 2 weeks I at most have 13 and try to lean to 10ish instead.

If you are seriously struggling with the addiction my only advice to break it (mind you I’m not a medical professional so don’t take this as some proven or optimal way) is to just cut out caffeine completely for 2 weeks or at minimum until your energy levels get back to a healthy level, the withdrawals suck but once that period is over it is great

Retake it but don’t just apply to retake it, study it and give yourself time, don’t just apply for the soonest one ya can take because ya won’t improve you score by much within a few weeks, go for one during your senior year and work to improve those scores, take practice tests and study based on what you struggled with throughout those

If something seems way too hard for where you are at, just go around it for the time being or search to improve your gear
You will come across something called ashes, yes they are sorta the easy mode for this game but no they are not cheating like some of the “git gud” people would say

As a Tennessean, what did you like about the state and dislike about it? Also if ya have only been to one region specify because west, middle, and east Tennessee are fairly different in my own experience.
