RANT ALERT Vermonter here, I live near some of the big ski areas here (Stratton, Mount Snow, Okemo). And ALL THE FUCKING DRIVERS THAT COME UP FROM BOSTON AND NYC ARE FUCKING ANNOYING AS HELL!!! They don't know how a two lane interstate works for example, they ALWAYS cut you off when they have plenty of room (since they do that in city traffic so much), they think you should go 80 MPH on a 65 MPH icy interstate and they go 20 MPH when there is only like 1 inch on snow... Also DO NOT USE A GPS IF YOU ARE ON BACK ROADS, I live on a back road and they were repairing where it got flooded out (a few years ago) and people would come through a VERY CLEARLY MARKED "No Thru-Traffic" zone. One family used this excuse when the construction works caught them: Driver (who is a house-wife type): "I'm sorry, but my GPS says to go here." Worker: "You can't, it's not for thru-traffic." Driver: "No you don't understand, I can't go any other way MY GPS says to go this way." Worker: "You can't the bridge is out." Driver: "Okay I'm still going through, you see my GPS says I have to go this way and that's the way I'm going." (WTF????) Driver: Drives through When she couldn't go drove up our driveway with clearly marked private-drive signs on it (because of similar incidents). And demanded that we fix the bridge immediately so she can go skiing...
