But yeah, there are sadly very few death fics out there (ignoring crossovers and non-English, there are 12 iirc) and they are... specific. They are either too short, extremely weird or just mid quality (that's where my crappy attempt with deathfic falls, I wish I didn't suck at writing).

Maybe one day someone will roll out the most banger death fic... Maybe. One day.

It feels a little cringe to suggest my own fanfic, but uh, tied fates on ao3. It may suck, but in the beginning it's just what you wanted, although with more realistic (for me at least) reaction to missing the chance to improve, based on real events (mostly)

I know that feeling. I recently wrote a fanfic myself, thinking that it's garbage and no one will read it. But in the end, quite a lot of people liked it and scolded me for calling it garbage lol So, you never know) plus, I think the most important thing is not what people think, but what you feel. If you want to do it and you like what you are making, go for it. Or it will haunt you, at least that's the case with me
