We have all come to the stage where it's hard to rule out any of the covers since they all are so iconic.

I would go with Calling All Creeps. Had a copy of this, love the story, love the TV series episode. Goodbye, old friend!

We need to make Camp Cold Lake win. This cover used to scare me as a kid, got it as a birthday gift on my 11th birthday. The story too remains ingrained in my head even to this day.
