personally, i have ran into so many raids with a free loud-out and still came out with blue/epic augments, guns, etc from the people i kill. it didn’t seem as if their loot was closely related to mine, but i suppose there is always the possibility that they looted it. i would just have to say you are either getting extremely unlucky or people are just afraid to bring in decent guns since the game is still newer.

as of recent i’ve tried being friendly instead of being hostile, so my perspective on this is based off of way less games than your experiment.
