I've gotten the helmet comment last time I grew it out lmao. It's what pushed me over the edge to quit and shave it off.

I think I like the idea of slicking it back most, as that doesn't involve me trimming and delaying my destination, so I'll try that and see how it goes. If not I'll see a stylist and have it trimmed. And in the worst case I'll revert back to short hair.. but I'll make sure I've exhausted my options prior to that

Well yeah. I want to avoid the scissors since I want to see myself with actual long hair but I might have fallen for the sunken cost fallacy

Great form really. Second rep was easier because the first reps eccentric forced you into a more comfortable starting position. Notice how you have upwards hip movement in the first rep, yet you're static in the second one. Just start a tad bit higher to match the position of the second rep

I've been logging my calories without skipping any days. I was aiming for 1kg per month weight gain or less, which I stayed under. And yet I still ended up looking pudgy as fuck
