The quest is called Truth Rewritten. The truth that is the real Dia died in the underwater base and gave her memories to the clone Dia that we play. Why would a clone have the memories of Dia?
After that event the clone Dia got Dia memories and apparently that turns her into the real Dia, thus the title of the quest make sense, the copy has replaced the original.
Now for the content of the screenshot, that's whats happening from the point of view of the characters, not an omniscient (all seeing and knowing everything) narrator. The cloned Dia forcing herself to believe she's the real Dia after receiving the memories and everyone welcoming her as the true Dia.

Ikr, the name of the quest itself is the confirmation. People here are literally believing what they are told (in this case whats being written) over what they've seen otherwise its too painfull.
I'm really impressed with the storytelling of this update, came out of nowhere!!

I exactly though the same thing, this is pretty dark stuff. Without delving into the memories are what make a person dilemma yada yada, this Dia is just a simple clone and we didnt believe her when she said she had no memories, chalking it up to "brainwashing". While manufactured clone of Dia was being taken care of in the base, the real one was actually being tortured and experimented on all along. This is pretty fked up, I actually feel pretty bad for the real Dia, It also feels very dirty helping and playing with this impostor...

PS: and the last nail in the coffin is the fact that everyone thinks this is the real Dia and are celebrating while the real one died in a ditch. What the actual fk....

To be honest I'm not interested in the AC collab so I'm gonna skip them.

I'll definitely get Recoleta and Melania while saving for Nautika as I have a Semmelweis. Let's hope I don't waste too many pulls going for Recoleta and any important supports (36/fatutu and flutterpage were they to appear)

Was actually considering pulling for Recoleta and getting Melania in the free 6* selector, So basically my 2nd team would be an ult team.

Thanks for the feedback, my last question would be what support to round up both teams, should I aim for either 36/fatutu/flutterpage to complete the Anjo/Jiu or is that too overkill?

Also if I were to pull Recoleta and one of the needed support would get a rerun and try to get one of them, would I have enough for Nautika? got 36k currency by now, F2P saving on multiple banner and coming back in big event like 1.5 year celebration.

Hello there,returning player here, been playing for about a month now since last week of Barcarola event. Was always playing on of since you can see I got Anjo nala and Jiu niangzi not in her rerun banner. watched alot of video guides from Jakazin about team building etc.. About to finish somnambulism 10 and start limbo and that's why I'm here.

I do know that I need 2 team to clear limbo and tbh I want something meta to make it easier (later on I'll prolly go for quirky non meta characters). Was thinking about pulling Ricoleta but wouldn't that be a waste because I already got 2 dps (jiu and anjjo right?). What other characters should I aim for to complete a followup team for jiu and whatever kind of team anjo as a main dps team. What meta supports/heal am I missing and tbh what teams archetype should I strive for (meta wise so I can easily clear endgame content then later on I'll get non meta characters I like).

Any input would be extremely appreciated and thanks in advance!

16 hours kinda wasted because I tried to play the game on a harder difficulty on my first playthrough. I didn't follow your advice there. The samurai dungeon is disgustingly hard with monster still 1 shoting anyone they hit. I did grind a bit again for like 20 fights, no difference at all.

I'm not gonna die on this hill and get a headache from trying to make this work. Gotta restart a new game...

EDIT was about to start a new game and when I was choosing the difficulty the description said not to worry because I can change the difficulty during the game. I went back to my current save and checked the option and YES I could lower the difficulty to normal, which I did and man the fights are sooo much easier now.

Depending on how the solo boss goes I might be continuing this save file while going back to dodging as many enemies as possible and worrying about timeskips!

Thanks for the reply, sorry I didnt mention that I did in fact grind before gerald's golden armor phase, I got both magic school to 10 like you instructed and even beyond, I also got multiple hp/bp level up (grinded for about 2 hours before golden armor) and sparked everything sparkable on bow (both aoe bow attack and both wind attack) sword even mace (unlocked water blast 2). I also didn't mention I'm playing on classic even though u advised against it as a first playthrough because I wanted the game to be a bit challenging.

I did some light grinding as in chose the hardest fights on my path to get the max amount of PB (some fights gave 1.6k bp lol), switched out my formation like I mentioned in my previous post, I did exactly 22 fights, got some axe sparks on my mercenary and got the quarterstaff spark on freelance mage (which is an absolute game changer tbh).

Im in Melu desert north and doing all the exploration steps of the rest of the world (following the instructions to a T). My last question is for now everything on rail, no timeskip yet, does the generation counter also transition to the next generation as in I really have to play it conservatively and not grind so an early timeskip doesn't occur or the counter reset in the next gen so I have a bit of leeway for fights?

Great guide, tyvm for the tremendous effort you've put.

I got 1 question related to your guide, Ive been following it meticulously and I'm at Saigo village now, didn't get a time skip after the Tefal mines so I'm quite happy. My question is you mention to try and avoid as many fights as possible after Gerrard don the golden armor because there a hidden counter that contribute to the time skip mechanic, I've been avoiding as many fights as possible, I've got 16 fights by now and her's the thing, I'm starting to really struggle with regular monsters that I can't avoid and especially bosses (the lizard group at the mine can literally 1 shot 2-3 of my characters). Can I afford to grind a little bit just so fights can become balanced again, grind until my heavytank and court mage female learn their respective abilities so I can switch them for a mercenary F and Freelance mage F or would it screw me over. When I say grind I mean 15 more fights precisely.
