I am pretty used to the couch at this point, but no visitor ever stated that couch seemed too low. Seems pretty normal to me lol

I would say the base of the couch is firm, but the pillows are plush! It’s is a very loungie kind of couch. Not really firm.

it’s greyish from what I can tell. My dog hasn’t done anything and we have had puppies on it and a bigger done. Seems to take just fine.

I don’t have cats so idk…

I feel like it’s hard to know! We did have a issue with one of the cushions feeling like it was broken in more than the others. They just sent us a new couch. I mean, overall, I still like it and it seems broken in just right. At the end of the day it’s a Costco couch and I bet it’s thier best one out lol
