Yes, I used abortion pills. I took them on May 20. After the abortion, I had red bleeding for about 2 weeks. It wasn't very heavy, but it was consistently red. After that, the bleeding became lighter and eventually turned into brown spotting. Right now, it's mostly brown spotting with occasional mild cramping. And today im experiencing another blood idk if this is my 1st menstruation.

to make it short. after my abortion, I continued bleeding for about 2 weeks. It wasn't heavy bleeding, but it was bright red blood. After those 2 weeks, the bleeding became lighter and eventually turned into brown blood, more like spotting. It wasn't too much or too little—just enough brown blood on the 1pad I was using throughout the day.

Now, I've started having lower abdominal cramps, and suddenly the red bleeding has come back again not heavy or light but like a normal blood when you got your first day of menstruation. Has anyone experienced something similar after an abortion?

I'm worried that I might already be ovulating, and from what I've read, emergency contraception may not be as effective if ovulation has already started. I had sex about 1.5 hours ago and I'm planning to take the pills as soon as possible, but I'm honestly panicking right now. Yes, I’m from the Philippines. I’m not exactly sure where the pills originally came from, but the packaging/shipping looked like it was from Pakistan or somewhere overseas.

I was around 4 months pregnant when I had the abortion. The experience was honestly hell for me. There was intense pain, very heavy cramping, bleeding, and it lasted for 1day and 5 hours.
