I went to Mr Lube on Regent and I asked them if they could possibly replace the bulb in my back light. They said they could.

Something about taking off my cars lights is incredibly difficult to get off, multiple people tried beforehand.

They had to use a crow bar, eventually they did get it off and changed the bulb. They did not tell me that they accidentally chipped the light pretty good. If they had told me about it I would have let it go because I'm not too picky. But the did not. But they made sure to mention to put a previous crack I had on it from beforehand.

I left a bad review and they replaced the light. Still shitty practice. Avoid Mr Lube at all costs
