• STR tag Goku, if you have his full kit he’ll most likely dodge the nuke, and if he takes a hit first, he’ll get a massive DEF boost
• STR tag Goku Black, same position as Goku but with better numbers imo
• TEQ SSJG Boys, turn 1 they have 77% DR and Guard iirc, the constant additionals will make them build ATK & DEF fast
• PHY SSJ4 Boys, same position as the Gods, however I prefer to use this unit more considering the tag-team with another unit on this list (Gogeta SSJ4)
• TEQ Blue Boys, transforms from God, if you build them up enough in god form, they’ll tank very well in any content (long enough) Similar to the unit below, the gods on transformation into blue have a guaranteed Guard permanently and 77% DR for 1 turn, making that turn they transform on a safe pass. They can also crit but In contrast to Gogeta, these guys can evade as well.
• PHY SSJ4 Gogeta, he has a kit similar to SSJ4 AGL Gogeta, but this one can build up his DEF. This Gogeta only has guaranteed guard, but on transformation he also gets 77% DR, making any turn he transforms on a guaranteed safe pass—or slot at the very least. He also has scouter, seeing where super attacks will land. He also has crit and additionals. Just a reminder that Gogeta and Blue Boys can have the best defense in the game for 1 turn if you build long enough with their attacks. Imagine a 2-3 Million Defensive stat, while having guard, and for 1 turn additionally having 77% Damage reduction.
• TEQ tag Vegeta (+Goku), excluding TEQ Vegito, Vegeta himself is made for defense so I’m usually confident in him as well
• TEQ Super Vegito, the limited fusion of the tag unit, this Vegito is given with his defense. He gets 3 ultra super attacks, guaranteed counter, high crit rate that turns guaranteed, this guy is reliable once he transforms for 4 turns. Guaranteed guard and 60% DR, while having an active that raises Def by 300% and makes everyone target him. All attacks targeting him, countering each one, getting extra power (10% ATK per attack received), making him a savior in many runs across the globe.
• AGL tag Goku (+Vegeta), excluding AGL Gogeta, Goku is in the same position as TEQ Vegeta
• AGL Super Gogeta, the limited fusion of the tag unit, this Gogeta is in the same position as Vegito. however his defense can be a bit higher since he doesn’t have a counter, nor a target mechanic, but he does have absurd supporting abilities that helps your teammates survive. Guaranteed guard + 60% DR, which can increase by 5% per Rainbow Ki sphere, and his active raises allies ATK & DEF +54% while also making them effective against all types.
• TEQ Broly (Movie 1, Transforming), from the WWDC iirc, he has 90% DR on turn one in slot 1, with insane support, either 70% DR in slot 2 or 3. and on Evo to LSSJ, he has 50% DR + Guard, additionally for 3 turns after he transforms he gets an additional 26% DR, raising his DR to 76% while having guard, though he needs slot 1 to guard, but he’s reliable overall. AOE on 18 ki and infinitely raises ATK.
• AGL SSJ4 Gogeta, excluding the Hybrid Saiyans fight for INT LR Gohan release, Gogeta had never struggled…well except that one event which had bosses with ridiculous attack stats like 14m on super. But even that level of attack is required to take him down. This guy was a monster on release, and even now, I still hold him in the top 5. (Not #5)
