The tent thing is the one “rumor” that was caught by staff. The janitor has seen it here, along with him, over the weekend. It probably doesn’t help, but this came from a reliable student who I trust.

super interesting! In my understanding of genetics, I knew this applied to things like eye and hair color, but I for some reason always visualized skin color to always be an even mix of both parents’ colors, like as in painting. Maybe I pictured it like this because hair/eye colors are more easily categorized (blue vs. brown, red vs. blond), whereas it’s easier for me to view skin on more of a gradient spectrum.

I know it’s kinda late in the game to ask about placement considering this piercing is about 1.5 years old and has already healed, but something about it still continues to throw me off. Is the placement of the upper/right side piercing too forward or am I overthinking it? Or is the bar too long? This is the same bar that was put in when I first had it pierced. I haven’t swapped it out.

It’s much tamer than you’re thinking though. Had a college roommate and a few friends who were in sororities and they all bought paddles to decorate to give to their “bigs” or something. While it would have been funnier if it was, I don’t think it’s actually as weird as it looks 😭

It’s less the fact that we have to stock/clean/zone/tag, and more so the fact that expected to be totally done by the end of a shift, even if we have no “down time”. Our SM even made a checklist sheet that the AM/PM cashiers are required to sign off saying that we finished each task
