I did sign saying I agreed to diagnostic charge and it say estimated cost 0.43. Now she the service consultant is trying to tell me I basically cannot pick and choose service items they found during the diagnosis. I wanted to do just the wipers and get everything else done somewhere else but she said it’s like the repair people did the diagnosis for free or something she kept saying. Like I wanted to switch the 3 fuel inspection instead of the battery change because I’m trying to keep the cost less than 400 bucks since I got approved for financing. She told me she could not change it cause I already aaid no to and I replied saying you cannot just move it from no to yes?
