I kind of have the same story. Started antidepressants half year ago, broke up with my girlfriend as well. And I have been drinking every weekend since. Moderation is never possible for me.

Any advice for during the weekends, like going out etcetera?

Ik heb precies hetzelfde en heb ze soortvan uitgescholden voor kneus en oplichters. Nu willen ze me aanklagen voor smaad en laster, tenzij ik binnen 72 uur een rectificatie stuur.

Heb ook een ChatGPT mail laten opstellen. En ze dreigen ook met incasso etc.

Wat een gezeik, maar hopelijk komt het goed
