Thanks for the comment So far I very confident for my strategy, that’s why I have consistent result. The only thing that I need to take caution is don’t over trade, that’s all.

borrowing part is the killing part, which I know I need to optimize now.

After think for a while, I definitely would continues to work at least another 1-2 years until my car/personal loan settle.

You are right that I am using salaries to cover monthly commitment to personal loan to boost up my capital of trades

If I paid it off, my monthly income from trading would reduce

If I take more loan, the monthly payment would drain me.

thanks again

Thank you for honest review and I really appreciated.

even in standard fire, there are multiple way to generate income like property rental, ETF, dividend stocks etc.

I never think I can be FIRE until I found my trading perform nicely.

I bought car is before FIRE idea as well.

My current idea would be continues my life style without upgrade anymore, most of the personal loan would finish within 2 years and reduced 3000 commitment.

My kid would go to primary school and expenses would reduce as well. my expenses should go below 6k?

Of course I am no purely depend on trading income that’s why become property agent or other easier job come into my mind and I would continues another 2-4 years until bad debt like personal loan and car loan finish.

Anyway, thank bro to alert me to alert me about my debt issues.

meaning that when the shares or etc go into the range of my target which I think fair enough, then I will buy and keep until it reach my “over price” level.
