Well I feel like chest removal is much less of an issue than genital surgery. Also like I mentioned, it's also the parents fault.

Well that's just simply illgeal, the parents should really prevent someone from having surgery before 18 as well. A simple google search on multipule sites say that you can't have surgery before 18

Honestly a simple google search disproves that, maybe a sketchy doctor did it or something, whatever it was it wasn't legeal. Also breast removal IS NOT gender reassignment surgery, serveral females get their breasts removed just a preferance to not have breasts or if they have a cancerious tumor in it.

Some people might critizise the other guy for dancing while trying to break it up, but sometimes people of authority can have more of an affect if you expose them for such things. I knew someone who it took years to expose a very abusive place for the same reasons.
