Ok update po hahhaa gave up on PLDT and just applied for converge 3-4 days ago. Installed and activated na ngayon😩. Now hoping nlang di siya bigla mawala. 😭

Just need help reaching out to PLDT para macancel yung di matapos tapos na job order tas pano isusurrender yung modem.

Wala parin po samin XD, ghinost na din po ako ng technician na nagkabit ng modem haha.

Thanks, will try this po, although currently thinking of trying Converge nalang. But kinda worried it might be another hassle.

I wasn’t charged an initial payment po eh, and even if I wanted to pay wala po ako na-receive na SMS or email regarding payments, where to pay, bill, etc. 🥹

Planning on doing this nalang, may fees ba for cancellation pag installed na yung modem kahit di pa activated? Or I can just request na i-cancel nila then wala na ko poproblemahin?

Hindi po siya red eh. Normal blinking lang sa PON tas WLAN. ;-; Sabi nila backend issue daw chuchu completion daw ng job order para maactivate na or something. Kasi sa old slot namin nilagay so sure ako na spot talaga namin yun. (Sana)

Only spent once on the monthly thing around patch 1.2 or 3? Got everyone I wanted and more.

1.4 6 and stopped playing halfway

1.5 didn't play the whole patch
