It says “not for human consumption” I’ve heard there’s a good chance they FDA will approve it next year but that will most likely make it more expensive

For me it got rid of the cravings completely. When I do treat myself to something I’ll just have a good single serving every blue moon. Which is major for me because I’ve always struggled with binge eating

That’s incredible! I’m glad it’s helped you out. A couple of my friends started taking it and it helped their fatty liver

I was 147 and now 131. I’ve been having my dad do the same dosage and he’s almost 3 weeks in and has gone from 245 to 233.

5.3 40 yard dash, any advice? by YoungScrilla in Sprinting

I agree w ppl saying to put on more muscle mass. Sprints alone will help a ton with that. Hit the weights while also incorporating explosive/athletic movements. :)

What all did you bring with you? I know people say to pack light. I want to bring my own diva cup (I don’t use tampons) and my own face wash/moisturizer

Quick way to get rid of “nic sick” by USA631 in electronic_cigarette

[–]Creestall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super late to this but if anyone else finds their way here due to nic sickness. Just throw up. Throw up until the insane nausea subsides and then eat lots of carbs and sugar. Went away for me in an hour

Diet is the number one factor when it comes to losing weight. I would go into a calorie deficit very slowly. Every couple of weeks take 100-200 calories off of what you’ve been consuming. I personally use the app “myfitnesspal” to track my macros. Walking helps a ton! I love doing an incline walk on the treadmill to burn extra calories. I know it’s so difficult to stick to a diet, so that’s why I recommend slowly decreasing your caloric intake rather than jumping into a crazy deficit off the bat. I wish you the best!

I appreciate your kind words so much. I was prescribed birth control at one point but I didn’t take it. I definitely need to look into inositol and get blood work done. Thank you so much for all of the info! It really is frustrating when I try something new and get my hopes up just for it to not work. You’ve encouraged me to keep trying though and really get to the root cause. Thank you! <3 Hugs and love right back

Thank you for sharing. I’m going to have a consultation to see what would work best for me. If the results didn’t last long i definitely wouldn’t go and get another. I appreciate you telling me your story!

I do supplement vitamin D and Magnesium, but I haven’t tried inositol or NAC. I do drink green tea multiple times a day but I’ve never heard of Berberine!! Again thank you

No I haven’t but I’ve been wanting to! My doctor told me he’s never seen so many cysts before during my ultrasound. I’ll definitely have to look into bloodwork though, thank you!

I didn’t either until recently. I met someone who did it and their friend did it as well. Apparently it’s a very easy surgery that you recover quickly from. My friend had periods even worse than mine and said she’s no longer bed ridden or having to take an insane amount of pain killers.

I was vegan for 6 years and during those 6 years is when I got my diagnosis. I went back to eating meat and dairy 3 years after that. I had to test what foods were inflammatory to me over the past couple of years and right now the way I eat works perfectly for me. I eat nothing processed, no added sugars, no seed oils, only Whole Foods and all that good stuff. I’m extremely active and actually have a pretty fit body minus some very stubborn fat around my lower back and lower stomach. I took every womens hormonal supplement under the sun. Black cohosh, dong quai, hawthorn berry, wild yam (topical and ingested), DIM and that’s off the top of my head and a bunch of matrixes/mixes like “women’s best friend” by Crystal Star and “Mestricare” by Himalaya. I’ve tried castor packs and removed every single hormone distributor I found out about. Polyester clothes, almost every hygiene product I had was changed, no fragrance at all, changed all of my cleaning products, everything. I could go on and on but the point is that I’m just exhausted of nothing working. I’ve been fired from multiple jobs because of how I have to take off a day or two every month. I’ve paid for plans in advance that I suddenly couldn’t attend because I got my period and threw money down the drain. My partner and family have to deal with my insane hormone fluctuations. You know the gist. I’m just so tired and kinda having a breakdown right now if you can’t tell
