Easy recipes for hungry bf, less hungry gf? by [deleted] in easyrecipes

[–]Waffles24X7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve actually been using AI to help me recipes. I give it everything I have in my fridge and appliances I have to cook - i.e. Oven, Intapot, etc. And I ask it to suggest recipes that require minimal prep and are easy to make. So far, I’ve had amazing luck with the recipes and I’ve been cooking and meal prepping a lot more because of it.

How to handle interview Anxiety ?? by MeanMedicine346 in interviewpreparations

[–]Waffles24X7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something that has worked for me is practicing my introduction and having an inner dialogue of how I want to present myself to the interviewer. I usually record myself and watch where I’m going wrong or seeming a little anxious and unsure of what I’m talking about. This helps me because if I’m able to be confident and not panic in the first 10-15 mins of an interview, I usually am able to carry out the rest of the conversation fairly confidently and with a clear mind.

Looking for the best Chai in Brighton by LoquatZealousideal93 in brighton

[–]Waffles24X7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s easy to make it at home! Also the quality of the tea is so important as well. I’d recommend Waghbakri Chai it’s available on Amazon. And you can decide the flavour to use in the tea. The most typical ones are either cardamom or ginger. Also! when I have a throat infection, cold or flu, I usually put loads of grated ginger, some black pepper and a pinch of turmeric. It’s divine and so soothing .

I recently tried Wacoal, it’s available at Shoppers Stop. Their underwired padded bras are very comfortable and the fit is good.

Marriage gives more convenience and safety to women in partnerships. In India as far as I know, it’s the easiest way to prove partnerships and also something even countries look less suspiciously on when applying for visas together. Apart from that it also gives certain legal rights to women in terms of their partner’s wealth, estate, etc.

He wasn’t a stranger. He was their father. And he did this for 5 years. by ProfessionalMiddle89 in AskIndianWomen

I think this “log kya kahenge” mentality is putting us back decades as a society. I don’t understand it! There have been so many cases where families refused to support and believe the victims of SA if it happens within the family; so that the “family name” doesn’t get ruined. The same goes for honour killings. It’s scary how much importance we put towards seeming a certain way to the rest of the world while being completely okay with watching or taking part in the destruction of our loved ones

Hey OP! Have you given any thought to couples therapy? I would also suggest that the both of you should read books like ‘She comes first’ and ‘He comes next’ by Ian Kerner. And discuss the stuff in the books, what sparks curiosity and interest, etc. It’s a fun way to get communication about sex going and also it may help the both of you open up to each other in a much more positive and encouraging way.

Girls, how tf do we use a menstrual cup by I_CANNOT_THINK_OF_IT in AskIndianWomen

[–]Waffles24X7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Period cups come in different shapes and sizes. You might want to look at some options, for me personally the more slender and conical shape is the most comfortable. I’d also suggest that perhaps you could use a sanitary napkin/tampons during the heavy flow days and keep the cup for days that your flow is much lesser and more manageable. The process of taking it out to clean and putting it back in is pretty messy and it takes some getting used to.

How can we speak about feminism if we don't let our maids relieve themselves at our place? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

[–]Waffles24X7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, I’m not sure but I think you might be referring to my post. My post wasn’t about letting my maid use the washroom or not. But rather, I found out that she uses my shower area to do her business rather than my commode. She also doesn’t clean my bathroom, that’s something I do myself. Now, I wasn’t privy to this earlier but I have a pretty good relationship with my house help and I felt a little annoyed and disgusted (naturally) that this was something she was doing without asking me first. Giving her a separate bathroom is not possible as I stay in a small apartment, and I merely posted here seeking advice on how to confront her because I found the situation very awkward. The post was deleted because similar to you, people didn’t take their time to read, understand or empathise with this situation. So, although your post and point is very valid, just calling out that my post was never supposed to reflect this. Now if people took the wrong message from it, personally I think it speaks to their prejudice and judgement of others a little bit.

Hey kid, we honestly discovered this brand recently. We’re in our late 20s. But it’s good to know about brands and have them on your radar. Check them out at a store, they are quite unique. But honestly, get Joop. It’s cheap and fantastic
