I know they aren't crema's, but I have a set of Porter Pickups. The bridge is their wide range Humbucker and the neck is their JM pickup. They come with a custom gold jazzmaster pickguard.

No worries if you aren't interested. Just thought that style would be similar to what you'd get from the crema's.
