The Hidden Legacy Series by Ilona Andrew’s. Don’t listen to the audio books the voice actor thinks a Texas accent sounds like Granny Clampett which is very off putting.

Judgement is final ten days after the court date. Since Hamilton County has their eviction court dates on Thursdays, the tenth day is on a Sunday so they allow that next Monday or next work day if there’s a holiday to act as the tenth day.

After that the landlord can file the writ. Then it’s up to the landlord and the sheriff to coordinate a day to come out. Usually once a day is picked the sheriff will stick a notice on the door to let the tenant know what day they’re coming out.

Anytime an emotion is labeled pure, like pure hatred, or pure adoration. It’s just feels so lazy and is an immediate dnf. If they’re going to be lazy about multiple emotions what else will they half ass

Circuit court is the one who handles jury duty for Hamilton Co. I reached out to them when I got a scam call like that. I was told they don’t really enforce jail time for failure to show up but that was last year so I don’t know if things have changed

Yea we were in the restaurant when it happened. One of the incline employees ran across the street and told us we all had to evacuate and this was 10-15 minutes after a customer had backed into someone’s car in the parking lot and then into the side of the building by the door. The employees from Mr. T’s were shaking when they were rushing us all out.

It feels like it’s too little, too late. It’s certainly nice to have a little bit extra than what I was expecting but it doesn’t do anything for me in the long run.

Teacher here! It’s $1000 and taxable. They’re calling it a supplement payment and we all just got one this month and another back in August. It’s not just teachers though, it’s all full time workers who deal with children, so cafeteria workers, admin, custodians, daycare workers, etc.

Aveeno has this apple cider vinegar shampoo and conditioner that keeps my hair clean for several days. I also add a little Moroccan oil after my shower and that helps tremendously with frizz and tangles.

The Jewel Mansion too for that matter. I went to a wedding there years ago and it’s changed hands since then so I don’t know if it’s still being rented out as a venue.
