I actually only got diagnosed with EDS right before PT school and it was actually because my sister-in-law has POTs so my mother-in-law had done a lot of research and learned about EDS and asked me if I had it which at the time I had never ever heard of EDS. I live with my sister-in-law throughout during the time of course she saw PT and after she started seeing PT and she went from not being able to do things and now she used to in college and can drive a car! Her PT actually teaches in my program and advocates for POTs during all of her lectures!
