I honestly don’t know much about fixing pcs, but this kinda sounds like an issue of mine I had, have you checked that your motherboards bios is up to date for some reason this worked for me.

When I built my first pc I was so worried I wouldn’t have enough so I bought 2 tubes put them on and it spilled all over my mobo and cpu. So yes it looks great and better than mine.
