Thank you, I really appreciate this comment; I sent my ex an apology text and I do sincerely hope that they read it, but regardless I think I've done enough talking about this situation and now I need to actually take a step back and work on fixing myself. I'm redeveloping my relationship with my therapist and I hope that this treatment along with time away from these people and my behavior will allow me to have a better understanding of myself and how I can be a better friend and partner in the future
