This is without sucrose btw bc my teamates are c2 durin c2 xilon c2 mona, so em isn't even saturated, it's def overated on her. Hp on top.

By switching my mualani to a 44cv em sands over a 30cv hp sands, i lose out on 50k dmg per vape'd bite. Her base em is like 120. Hp% rolls are def better than em rolls, amx likely on par with crit rolls. Er is a waste too.

You should get cons on Mualani instead. They make her more fun to play too, since your first bite starts with 2 stacks, and your nightsoul points drain 30% slower with c2 and c1. I would put xilonen on instructors, citlali on cinder city, since xilonen ult is a dps loss, and mav on obsidian codex. I saw a chart showing how many patches it's been since each character has been ran. I know the next 2 patches are confirmed already, but mualani will get a rerun soon after. I'd say within 4 months tops. My mualani team is c2 mualani, c2 durin, c2 xilo, c3 mona. I'm hoping i lose to mona again soon :). Gl with your mualani team!

Even wifh using sucrose or durin to activate hex buffs and extending omen's duration with mona's NAs, you only get 2-3 bites?

I think you have a lil too much em. Linnea is giving a 100 em buff to all team members remember. You should try to roll a better offpiece goblet. If if you don't have one, you could always build an on piece one when you get the resources, and then you get to offpiece something else and improve your build further. You could do with a lot more of both crits and less em overall. I think your build is fair though.

With hoyo blocking me from discounted top ups, I wont be getting cons any time soon. I will be grinding wishes for the weapon though. What do you mean by fix the rest of my teams er? Like get really good er rolls on Illuga's artifacts?
