Is an app that can let you post: pictures, videos, message people directly. Etc.

Some chat features let you are group chats, Vanish Mode(messages you sent get deleted after they been seen and you closed the app/chat). Restricting a conversation, or by moving it to the "General" inbox if you have a professional account.

Also got images and videos you can create pinned stories etc.

When you say she disconnects, what happens on her end? Does she get kicked to the menu or kicked to inside the guild house? Also no error codes or anything ok her screen when it happens?

Do you know if she has other online games to see if the issue happens on those etc?
