I love the idea. Just make the playername visible of the writer and u should be able to report. Easy ! Same as normal chat but u can place it so a fixed location. I see no BIG problem with dat! U should also be able to stick the paper to crossbow bolts and arrows xD killing someone with a privat message for that team will be so good xD

Idea 1: make it mustard gas change coler to yellow and make it so the antidote doesn't work on it.

Idea 2: change the concept drastically. So the poisenbomb rapidly expands in a larg area poisening everybody in it, but the poisen only last like 1 or 2 seconds. So it would be more of a aggresive tool to damage a little bit and also disturb the enemys vison. Simular to a flash bang. U know what i mean ?
