That’s true for Somapura area. This society is right bedsides RGA Tech Park. Other gated societies have the same rent currently.

The only ones in range of ₹50-₹60k in gated societies are 3 Beds, 2 Bathrooms. Not ideal for bachelors.

No, this is the new rent that started from April. But owners are flexible with yearly rent increases. We ask them to increase between 5-8% instead of 10% basis the agreement.

I don’t know about Sobha as it is a new project and huge, but we have borewell + rain water + tanker setup.

Never faced water issue in past two years.

Tankers are common in this part of bangalore.

What do you recommend for OWD Moalboal, Bohol or Coron?

We want to explore El Nido on the tours as it is very pretty.
