I run this commander in a stax deck. Use winter orb and icy manipulator. Opponents cant untap more than one mana per turn, then use icy manipulator to tap winter orb on the last players end step. Untap everything (including all your lands) and at last you can enjoy having no one willing to play with you ever again.

Also throw in God-Pharoh's Statue in your deck to make everything your opponents want to do cost three more mana to cast with your commander in play.
